Seeing the need for a Dependable Full-Service Propane Supplier in Mountain View and Stone County, Jack Green relied on his 25 years’ experience in the field as both Propane Delivery and Serviceman to create Stone County Propane Gas.
Jack trained his oldest son Kenny as a Deliveryman, later as Serviceman and Safety Supervisor. Daughter Robbie joined the team to set up Customer Service and manage the Office. Youngest son Kevin came on board in 1991 at age 17 and soon became Arkansas’ youngest licensed Serviceman.
Fast forward 38 years, Stone County Propane, Inc. now services Stone, Searcy, Van Buren, Baxter, Cleburne, Izard and Independence counties with 6 full-time employees.
Dependable Full-Service Propane at a fair price is still our goal.
